I recently renovated an existing building for my dental practice. The architect and construction coordinator was Larry Miller who was instrumental in all aspects of the project. We added a 900 square foot addition designed by Mr. Miller with skylights and other amenities specific to my pediatric practice. The interior of the original building had to be demolished and renovated from the ground up. Mr. Miller hired and managed all the subcontractors, handled ADA, fire and licensing requirements and dealt with the minor crises that always accompany a project of this scope. The cost overruns were minimal on the $150,000 total and the building was completed in a timely manner and on schedule.

I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Miller unequivocally with no reservations.

About a year ago, my partner and I came to the realization that we needed to expand one of our facilities. This would involve the addition of four automotive bays, separate from the existing building as well as the addition of office space to be used as our headquarters. We hired Larry Miller to help us with the architectural plans of this new building. What I liked about Larry, was his creative approach as well as his ability to get the project approved with zoning in a timely manner.

We were very pleased when we received the architectural plans from Larry. The process was not an easy one and Larry was able to find a solution that worked for our needs. It involved the partial removal of an existing warehouse and the joining of the new building, along with the mezzanine, to the remainder of the warehouse.

After interviewing several builders in the area, we had elected to have Larry act as both the general contractor as well as the architect. I felt that having Larry wear both hats saved us both time and money.

Dear Larry,

When we began the process of selecting an architect to design our future home, my wife and I had only a sketchy concept of what we thought we wanted, both in a home and in our architect.

It has been a journey in communication, compromise, decision making and ultimately a high level of satisfaction with the collective result… a home that amply meets our needs and that is unique in its design elements.
